Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before it is in packed/shipped. Amount paid will be credited refunded between 10 to 15 days.
Modifying Shipping Address:
Shipping address can be modified before it is packed/shipped. Modification can be made by sending an email to support@hawkpro.in
Delivery Dispute:
If there is any dispute in delivery it needs to be reported to our support@hawkpro.in within 24 hours of receipt delivery notification by our logistic partner.
Return Policy:
Our returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Hawk website for any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery. We request you to return the product in its original condition with all the attachments and packaging.
Return Process:
Customer must initiate the return by sending us an email on return@hawkpro.in or by calling our customer care number +91 8130129200.
All returns must be authorized by Hawk customer service team in writing and the return shipment must be couriered to us within 10 days of the delivery.

TRIMACPPL reserve the right to decline return of products if the product has been modified/ damage or any reasonable reason.
